Frequently Asked Questions

What services do you offer?

We offer professional photography, video production, drone shooting, FPV drone shooting, interior and exterior photography, factory shooting, and 3D virtual tour services for yachts.

In which regions do you conduct shootings?

Shootings are mainly carried out throughout Turkey. Depending on the scope of the project, we also evaluate international shooting requests.

Are drone and FPV drone shootings legal?

Yes. Flights are planned and carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and safety procedures. Necessary permission processes are also evaluated depending on the shooting location.

How can I schedule a shooting appointment?

You can contact us through our communication channels and share your project details. We create the shooting plan and schedule based on your location, yacht type, and needs.

How long do the shootings take?

The duration varies depending on the size of the yacht, the type of content requested (photography, video, drone, FPV, 3D), and the shooting plan. Short shoots can be completed on the same day, while comprehensive productions may take multiple days.

Does the yacht need to be prepared for interior photography?

Yes. For the best results in interior shoots, it is recommended to organize the space, remove personal items, and control the lighting. If you wish, we can share a short preparation checklist before the shoot.

Are weather conditions important for shootings?

Yes. Especially for exterior, drone, and FPV shootings, wind, precipitation, and lighting conditions are determining factors. In unsuitable weather conditions, we may revise the plan for safety and quality.

What are factory shootings used for?

Factory shootings are used to document the production process, showcase craftsmanship and quality details, increase brand trust, and create a strong content archive for sales and corporate presentations.

What is a 3D virtual tour and what is it used for?

A 3D virtual tour is a digitally navigable presentation of the yacht’s interior spaces. It allows potential buyers or charter clients to explore the yacht remotely and accelerates the decision-making process.

What are the delivery formats?

Photographs and videos are delivered in formats suitable for websites, social media, and sales listings. Outputs can also be prepared in different resolutions and ratios (e.g., Instagram Reels/Story) depending on needs.

Do you provide post-shoot editing?

Yes. All content goes through a professional post-production process. For photographs, color/light adjustments and optimization of selected shots are applied; for videos, editing, stabilization, and overall image enhancements are carried out.

Do you offer custom requests and packages?

Yes. We can package photography, video, drone/FPV, and 3D virtual tour services according to your needs. We create the most suitable plan together based on the project goal and usage area.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is determined based on the size of the yacht, shooting location, requested service scope, and the number of deliverables. When you share the details, we can provide you with a clear quote.

Is confidentiality and brand sensitivity ensured during shootings?

Yes. We attach importance to confidentiality and brand sensitivity in our projects. Upon request, we can define a clear framework regarding the publication process and usage rights of the content.

Information, Terms and Conditions Regarding the Shooting Process

This text has been prepared to regulate the process, responsibilities, payment, and cancellation conditions related to the yacht and boat shooting services to be carried out. The receiving party shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms stated below upon approval of the shooting planning.

1. Pre-Shooting Preparation and Client Responsibilities

The yacht or boat must be prepared in a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing condition before the shoot. On the deck, cabins, and all shooting areas; items such as plastic bottles, packaging, napkins, personal belongings, cables, and similar elements that may create visual clutter must be removed by the client before the shoot.

On the day of the shoot, the vessel must be ready and available for use at the scheduled times. Time losses caused by delays, lack of preparation, or technical issues are included in the shooting duration. The number of people on board during the shoot should be limited so as not to interfere with the work of the shooting team.

2. Shooting Conditions and Technical Requirements

For exterior angle shootings, the use of an additional boat (chase boat) is required. If the boat is not provided by the client, it can be supplied by us upon prior notice, and the additional cost will be charged to the client.

Shoots are preferably planned during sunrise or sunset hours to ensure the best lighting and visual quality. Location and date suitability are analyzed considering weather conditions, sea conditions, and the structural features of the vessel. If deemed necessary, the shooting date may be changed by mutual agreement.

3. Weather Conditions and Force Majeure

Strong winds, heavy rainfall, weather conditions affecting visibility, sea traffic restrictions, and bans imposed by official authorities are considered force majeure.

In case the shoot cannot be carried out due to force majeure, the parties will communicate to determine a new shooting date. This situation is not considered a cancellation. No additional fee is charged for date changes due to force majeure; however, any additional logistical or operational costs arising from the client may be invoiced separately.

4. Delivery Process

The average delivery time for photo and/or video content after the shoot is 15 business days. The delivery time may vary depending on the number of revisions requested, the volume of content, and workload.

Delivered content cannot be transferred to third parties without permission outside the usage areas specified in the agreement or service scope.

5. Cancellation, Postponement and Payment Terms

If the shoot is canceled on the shooting day due to arbitrary, organizational, or operational reasons arising from the client or the company where the shoot will take place, 50% of the agreed total service fee will be charged.

The prepayment made before the shoot is non-refundable in case of cancellation. This amount covers planning, reservation, team, and equipment organization costs. If the client notifies in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled shooting date, a one-time rescheduling can be made instead of cancellation.

Last-minute cancellations or postponements made on the shooting day are considered cancellations.

6. General Provisions

The service provider cannot be held responsible for disruptions arising from lack of preparation, delays, or coordination issues caused by the client during the shoot. The service provider reserves the right to stop or cancel the shoot under conditions that may risk shooting safety and team health.

The parties agree to act in good faith and mutual understanding throughout the entire process.
